The challenge
The founder needed a fully functioning platform to raise on — not a prototype. Two sides of a marketplace, real payments, and scheduling that worked, on a tight runway.
Our approach
We built the full transaction loop end to end: trainer profiles, session booking, scheduling, and Stripe payments. Everything a trainer and client need to do real business, built to last past the raise.
The result
Real bookings in the first week and a pre-seed round closed six weeks after launch, with a platform the team could build on rather than replace.
